Burford Bridge Hotel | Surrey Wedding Photography

burford bridge hotel wedding

A few hours after the party , just down the road at the bottom of Box Hill – after a late finish and for some, a morning game of rugby, the wedding itself for Seb and Vicky. Held at Burford Bridge Hotel near Dorking in Surrey. A venue famous as the location for the Lord Horatio Nelson’s liaisons with Emma Hamilton prior to his demise at The Battle of Trafalgar.  Indeed coverage began with hair and makeup in ‘The Lady Hamilton’ room – strangely still set out with pads, pens and flipcharts for a business meeting!  The ceremony itself was held in the reconstructed medieval Tithe Barn now attached to the hotel. Here are a few images from the day…

Really wonderful photos. It would be remiss not to mention how invisible Martin was on the day and that has only served to capture the most genuine reactions and emotions of us and our guests. We love the photos and cannot wait to get the album now!

Some beautiful pictures of the wedding guests here… the two little girls cuddling are sooooo adorable too! Vicky is gorgeous. The tears brimming during the speeches are vying for favourite moment with me – but there are seven or eight hugs up there all in a row that brought a tear to my eye. That’s what it’s all about. Lovely memories, beautiful photography.

Great work.. Love the one of the bride putting her boots on…. we all long for comfy feet on a wedding day
