Aurélie & Simon | An Anglo-French wedding

Last Saturday saw Aurélie and Simon’s wedding in the village of Ménestreau-en-Villette, just south of Orléans in the Sologne region of France.

After a civil ceremony in London a few weeks before, the religious blessing took place in the village church, only a short walk through the woods from the reception venue, the Chateau Villette.

So on a very, very hot day, a small church in a French village resounded to the hymn ‘Jerusalem’… are a few images from the day…

What wonderful photos Martin – really captures the expressions of the bridal party and joy of the occasion. Stunning.

It is hard to underestimate the brilliance of these photos! Every photo a superbly framed memory!!

Wow Martin I’m speechless! Such incredible coverage. It’s difficult working in such harsh sunlight and you have dealt with it effortlessly by the looks of it. I love the colours, the moments you have captured and wow what a stunning bride. They will be thrilled with these, for sure.
